• Early and late tours are less crowded.
• The maximum group size is 50 pax for the Glowworm Cave tour and 20 pax for the Aranui Cave tour.
• Cave tours take approximately 45 minutes.
• Strong footwear is recommended.
• No smoking, photography (including video),food or pets are permitted inside the caves.
• The caves are easily accessible to those with reasonable mobility, with good handrails and paths.
• Waitomo Glowworm Caves are not wheelchair accesible, however Ruakuri Caves has excellent wheelchair facilities
• There is a spacious carpark for free customer parking.
