Conditions of Reservations

• Due to cave capacity and operational restrictions, reservations for groups are essential, especially during peak hours  10.00am – 2.00pm). Arriving without a reservation may mean delays for your group.
• Tours on the hour and half hour are kept free for FIT's.  Tour groups can depart at 5 mintue intervals.
  

Confirmation of Reservations
Reservations will be confirmed in writing and faxed back with a booking reference.
