Reservations can be made by fax, phone or email.

Documentation

All vouchers must state:

• The name and number of clients
• The tour they are booked on ie. Labyrinth or Abyss
• The date and time of the tour
• The check in time which is 15 minutes prior to trip departure

Minimum Age Requirements

Please note age restrictions are in place for both tours as outlined below.  Please inform your clients when taking bookings.
Black Labyrinth - minimum age is 12 years and children need to be at least 45kg.
Black Abyss - minimum age is 16 years and need to be 45kg.

Refunds

If the client requires a refund before arriving in Waitomo, it is the repsonsibility of the agent to make the refund, either in full or part, and to notify our reservations office of the cancellation.

Amendments

If clients amend their bookings within 24 hours of departure then a cancellation fee will be incurred.

No Shows

Should a client not show for their tour then Black Water Rafting will invoice the agent, unless we have been notified of the cancellation.
