Reservations
Reservations can be made by post, fax, phone or email.
Reservations must clearly state:
- The tour reference or client details
- Specify number of adults/children/preschooler pax
- The date of visit
- Time of arrival
- Method of payment
- Nationality
Conditions of Reservations
- Due to cave capacity and operational restrictions, reservations for groups are essential, especially during peak hours 10.00am – 2.00pm). Arriving without a reservation may mean delays for your group.
Confirmation of Reservations
Reservations will be confirmed in writing and faxed back with a booking reference.
